Blueberry Cheese Tart
这Blueberry Cheese Tart 第一次就做到很成功,很好吃!
但是到现在我还没有再做过第二次,
因为懒惰~ 呵呵!
孩子想念这Blueberry Cheese Tart,
一直叫我再做,
可是我就是懒惰,
一拖就拖了一年多了,
还没做……
Recipe ::
Pastry:
70g Icing Sugar
150g Butter
1 egg
260g Flour
1tbsp Milk powder
Filling:
250g cream cheese
50g sugar
25g butter
1 egg
25g whipping cream
20g flour
Method:(pastry)
Mix all, regrigerate for 30mins then press into shell.
Make holes on the pastry, bake for 190'C ~15mins
Method:(filling)
Cream the c.Cheese,sugar,butter till smooth.
Add in the egg n well blended.
Lastly add in w.cream n flour, mix till well incorporated.
Fill in the filling into the pastry shells, place some b.berry jam onto it n swirl. Bake for 200'C ~ 12mins.
